- What happens if I exceed the 10 delivery notes in the free trial?
- You'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro. Delivery notes you've already uploaded this month stay — only new ones are blocked until you upgrade or the next calendar month begins.
- And if I go over 300 delivery notes on Pro?
- Nothing gets blocked. Each extra delivery note is billed at €0.25 and added to your next monthly Stripe invoice. Most restaurants don't come close to 300, but if you have a heavy month (season close, events), we won't stop you.
- I have several restaurants — how does that work?
- Each restaurant is an independent workspace and is billed separately at €29.99/month. If you run a chain with more than 3 locations, contact us and we'll set up custom pricing.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime from the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Invoice with VAT?
- Yes. Stripe generates an automatic invoice with your tax ID at payment. You can download it from the customer portal.
